Steph joined the team back in 2018 as a technology consultant responsible for new client engagements in Frederick County, Maryland. In 2019 she transitioned to a marketing role, spearheading our [They Ask, You Answer (TAYA)](https://www.impactplus.com/about-they-ask-you-answer) approach to content marketing, including a complete TAYA-inspired [website redesign in 2020](https://www.innovativeinc.net/).

In 2021, she came back to a sales role with her promotion to Business Development Manager and has played a key role in growing our [presence in the Washington D.C. area](https://blog.innovativeinc.net/blog/innovative-is-expanding-managed-services-for-washington-dc).

“Joining the Innovative team in 2018 was one of the best decisions of my career. I could never have imagined how the company would evolve over the past five years, including our expansion in the Washington, DC metro area and adding a 24/7/365 [Security Operations Center (SOC)](https://blog.innovativeinc.net/blog/what-difference-between-soc-noc),” Steph said. “I’m honored to have the opportunity to grow with this company and the amazing team that makes it all possible.”
