Exciting news! 🎉 We have some new promotions to catch you up on!
First up is Sam Cataldo, who has been promoted to human resources manager! Sam first joined our team in 2022 as a human resources generalist. She will handle all HR-related tasks here at Innovative.
“I am extremely lucky to have a manager and leadership team who encourages growth in their employees and pushes them to new heights,” Sam said. “I am excited to continue growing with Innovative.”
Next, Marianne Kreizman has been promoted to staff accountant! Since joining the team in 2022, Marianne has done an excellent job as an accounting assistant, handling various accounting and administrative tasks. This new role will see Marianne transition fully to the accounting side of things.
Thank you to Marianne for all of the hard work she's done with helping organize office functions like First Friday Lunch and Mandatory Fun!

Last, but not least is Lauren Rappaport, who is our new sales support manager! Lauren has been killing it as a sales and marketing assistant since fully joining the team in 2021. She’ll now lead the team that supports our existing business team and clients with any sales-related needs. She’ll also continue to contribute to our marketing side with her awesome graphic design skills!
