Congratulations to our very own Rose Fetters on her promotion to Vice President of Finance!
In this new role, Rose oversees accounting, human resources, purchasing and contract administration. She’s also responsible for our budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
“I have this gang of amazing co-workers that I have the pleasure of calling family,” Rose said. “We have an amazing support network here at Innovative, and I am incredibly grateful for all their support over the years. It has made me a better leader, accountant and person.”
Rose joined the Innovative team back in 2018 as a controller and has been knocking it out of the park ever since, most recently working as our director of finance.
“She is an amazing leader, and continues to bring her energy, enthusiasm and business acumen to everything she tackles,” Jason said. “I am confident that Rose’s expertise and leadership will be an integral part of driving our business forward.”
